Okay, so hi. I guess you're kinda wondering why I haven't updated in over a week.
Basically, this is roughly what happened since July 13th 2010.
Day 1
We ran out of water, so I ventured out to Asda to get some, along with a shopping cart.
When I came back, Sarah was nowhere to be seen, though the smell of rot was around, meaning only one thing. She attacked me.
I took Sarah down with an axe, leaving me on my own. It wasn't safe to be on my own in one place, where the door was now broken (bit of a scuffle with Sarah).
I ventured out with the bag of food and water we kept with us. Bumped into a couple of zombies, but nothing special.
Found an house where I would settle for a couple of days.
Almost got murdered by some guy, who thought I was a freakin' zombie.
After proving I was fine, I came to an agreement with the guy (his name is David) that we'd stay with each other.
Tried going on here that night, couldn't, because of no wifi.
Day 2
He was being a selfish git. He had been using most of my supplies, and got annoyed when I took some of his stuff.
Explored the house a little, which seems like an alright place to live.
This David wasn't very enjoyable to be around in general. I considered leaving, but stopped myself, as a) it's rather dangerous for someone like me, who knows nothing about taking care of herself. And b) Perhaps I was just jumping to conclusions.
Tried going on here again, but again, couldn't connect.
Other than that, did nothing.
Day 3
Got abruptly awoken by David, who was rushing to get weapons and stuff. A couple of zombies found us, and were drawing attention to the house, and we needed to get out before we were barricaded in by a crowd.
Came out the house, killed the 7 that were outside, dodged a couple more, and ran all the way to near Dagenham Heathway before stopping.
Special infected count: one. Fucking hell, it was scary. It came within inches of me, before David killed it.
We hid away in a house just off Heathway. Finally had a proper conversation with David, who's actually a really nice guy.
We still had supplies in the bag, and we found dried food in the house. We were set for the time being.
Didn't bother checking for wifi and went to bed.
Days 4-7
Three days of being on the run.
We decided it's not very smart to stay in one place for longer than 24 hours. Well, around here anyway.
We mainly just moved around Dagenham, seeing as we shouldn't waste energy by moving around to places far apart.
Nothing that interesting happened.
Day 8
This isn't the best time for David to declare his interest in me. Though I can't say the feeling isn't mutual.
Meh, early days.
We're in the middle of a zombie apocalypse, and it's only just hit me how much at risk we actually are.
We can die at any second, when you least expect it.
Again, I didn't check for any wifi, as we've been moving around a lot lately, and things have been pretty hectic.
Day 9
David didn't really talk to me much. He'd seemed unsociable from the minute I met him, but this was getting weird. The only time he talked to me, was to prevent me from looking outside.
There appeared to be a crowd of them outside our door. We didn't know the numbers.
I hoped they'd be gone in the morning.
I broke down crying, beginning to think that we had no hope of surviving. He put his arms around me and sat with me for the next three hours, calming me down.
I fell asleep in his arms. This was the first time I'd really felt safe since this outbreak started.
But let's be realistic here. What chances do we really have of getting rid of all these zombies?
Day 10 (today)
We stayed inside, upgrading our weaponry with things around the house. We took care not to make noise - we have been trying to get them to believe they were waiting for nothing.
Meh, nothing much happened at all today, except they began ringing the doorbell. Repeatedly.
Somebody give us advice. We don't know what to do.
